Steps to a Healthier You
This workshop is the best way to kick-start a healthier lifestyle. You will be introduced to the key steps to creating a healthier lifestyle, and learn how to re-frame your thoughts about your health and set realistic health goals. It will inform, inspire and empower you to make positive changes to your health. We will cover a range of topics, including nutrition and benefits of a plant-based diet, the concept of ‘mindful’ eating, why physical activity is important for health, how much and what types of exercise you should do, and stress and sleep management.

Learn tips and techniques for great smoothies, juices, salad dressings, energy balls, dips and more. A fun, relaxed atmosphere with the opportunity to ask questions and sample delicious food. INSPIRE Healthy Weight Loss
A one day workshop that will help you lose weight, feel great… in a healthy, mindful way. If you’re tired of all the fad diets you have tried, confused by all the conflicting information given about weight loss, and ready to start improving your health and losing weight once and for all, this workshop is for you! I will inspire and empower you to lose weight and create a healthier lifestyle. We’ll cover healthy and wholesome nutrition, exercise and the all important mindset and motivation. Awaken the radiant, confident you, and change your relationship with food and exercise for ever!
Active for Life
This one-day workshop will inspire and motivate you to get going, get active and get healthy! It will inspire and support you to begin and maintain an exercise program that fits with your lifestyle. You will be guided through a simple, step-by-step programme which will ensure that you are exercising for at least 30 minutes on 5 or more days of the week. At this level, you will be gaining many benefits to your health, including reducing your risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, osteoporsis and many many more. You will start to feel great and wonder how you ever functioned without exercise as a constant in your life!
Sugar Free Eating
If you are trying to cut back on your sugar intake then this workshop if for you. You will get to learn about the impact sugar has on our health and discover a whole new way of enjoying food that is sugar-free. A fun, relaxed atmosphere with the opportunity to ask questions and sample delicious food. All the recipes are based on using healthy, plant-based, wholefoods and will be gluten and dairy free (nuts will be used).
