A workshop to get inspired in the kitchen!
Come along and enjoy a day filled with great tips and ideas to help you create quick and easy, healthy recipes for you and your family.
Learn tips and techniques for great smoothies, juices, salad dressings, salads, energy balls, dips, healthy chocolates and more.
A fun, relaxed atmosphere with the opportunity to ask questions and sample delicious food. A scrummy lunch included too!
All the recipes are based on using healthy, plant-based, wholefoods and will be gluten and dairy free (nuts will be used).
All welcome but places are limited!
Investment for the one day workshop:
Regular rate = €69
Terms and conditions
Refunds will only be offered if the workshop is cancelled or postponed. You can however, transfer your place to another person if you are unable to attend. If there are exceptional circumstances that prevent you attending please contact us in advance of the workshop to discuss.
